Rowing Blazers Annapolis Cup Collection
An end-to-end campaign for Rowing Blazers' limited-edition capsule celebrating their role as official partner of the Annapolis Cup, the annual croquet match between St. John's and Annapolis.
I designed the collection's graphic emblem, art directed and photographed the campaign, and led the launch from concept through sell-out.
I designed the graphic emblem for the collection. It was embroidered across the sweater, polo, tee, and hat - a mark that captured the playful spirit of the event and the brand.
I art directed and photographed the campaign for the collection, bringing the fun, collegiate energy of the Annapolis Cup to life across every asset.
Rowing Blazers served as the official partner of the Annapolis Cup, supplying blazers for both teams. I attended and photographed the event in person, and the images were featured on the brand's blog and social channels.
Fun Fact
A few years before this project, as a student at MassArt, I created a mock poster for the Annapolis Cup, simply because I thought the official poster could be better. Some time later, Rowing Blazers, then a new brand, mistook it for the real thing and featured it on their Instagram story. I reached out to let them know it was mine, and that's actually how I got hired as Rowing Blazers' in-house graphic designer and art director. Designing the official emblem for this same event years later was a full-circle moment and a career highlight.
